Which way to go
When you have a health concern where do you turn to for advice ??
I am amazed at how many people carry drugs in their pocket or purse. For
every little pain they have a ibuprofen or advil. For fevers the tylenol comes out
without a second thought.
WELL - did you know that tylenol has been linked to the flesh eating disease and
destroys Vitamin B and C in your body. It's very hard on the stomach lining and can cause ulcers. Most of these drugs side effects are pain. Well why are they used for relieving pain?? Try making a peppermint tea and washing down the body with the tea. You'll be surprised how opening up the pores in this way can give quick temperature lowering results.
We all make choices - Don't follow just because everyone else is
Check in with askjeeves.com and type in negative side effects to ??
whatever drugs you're wondering about.
Find out for yourself.

Everyone is getting sicker and sicker in our society. I can't help but wonder why
with so much technology this is happening. Prevention should be a logical
way of thinking but in fact that's not what's going to make money for
a pharmacutical company ( and doctors ). As much as we would like to
believe otherwise the medical profession is AN INDUSTRY. It's business.
Don't fly with it because it's always been done that way. Stop and think,
educate yourself and even though you may feel alone in this way thinking sometimes
you may discover many healthy complimentary methods to staying healthy.
( I don't like to say alternative because we need the doctors sometimes and so my
passion is to compliment not work against anyone )

Learn for yourself

My Journey
Life's an adventure...Passion's the fuel...
Performance the end result
Recently I heard someone explain their creative inner feelings as something that just builds up inside of them until they just have to let it out and share it with somebody.
Well lately that's how I've felt about sharing information that will help people have a happier and healthier life.
My name is Jane and together with my mother we have an interesting herbs & vitamin supplement business near Saskatoon, Sask.
If any of you know me, someone just has to ask me about what to do about some health issue and I can go on forever giving you my opinions. My passion is to help people and offer an opportunity to learn about excellent quality supplements. Nature's Sunshine Products started in Canada 30 years ago and have set the bar very high in quality control and integrity. I have had the opportunity to tour their manufacturing plant in Utah and it's amazing how the double and triple check points are in place to ensure quality and that noncontaminated raw materials are used. Wholesalers already know that if NSP orders a product only the best gets shipped because their high standard testing and grading for purity will detect an inferior product. Inferior products will be rejected and returned at the wholesalers expense. An interesting fact to know is that another herb company with lower standards will buy that inferior raw material, bottle it and sell it to the consumer who doesn't take the time to learn about the difference in companies.
In the next few postings I'd like to inform my readers about why I believe in Nature Sunshine Products and give you some interesting facts that perhaps not everyone knows about labeling and processing and how our bodies ( tho fearfully and wonderfully made ) need the right kind of nutrition for maintaining and rebuilding. I'd be happy to hear about any concerns or questions that we can help you with. Perhaps together we can learn from each other and pass on useful knowledge to everyone who cares to read.
